White Wine Garlic Blue Mussel

Ingredients

Chili Blue Mussel

Onion (Dice)

Cherry Tomatoes

Mashed Garlic

2tbsp

White Wine Sauce Ingredients

White Wine

200g

Water

200g

Butter

3tbsp

Organic Coconut Flower Sugar

1/2tsp

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1 1/2tsp

Thyme (Minced)

1tbsp

Method

1. Rinse and pat dry mussels.

2. Cut half of cherry tomatoes.

3. Heat butter in the pan, saute onion and cherry tomatoes, add Himalayan pink sea salt and  

  thyme.

4. Add white wine sauce and mussels, cover, and increase heat to high. Cooks for 8 minutes

  until all mussels are open.
