Veggie Penne Pasta with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

 Gluten Free Penne

 200g

 Broccoli

150g

 Cherry Tomatoes

150g

 Carrot

150g

 Garlic

2cloves

 Basil

some

Olive Oil

1tbsp

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1/4tsp

 Balsamic Vinegar

2tbsp

Methods

1. Boil water in pot, add sea salt & olive oil.

2. Cook the penne in hot water for 8-10 minutes, drain and set aside.

3. Mince the garlic.

4. Heat olive oil in pan, saute garlic, carrot & broccoli.

5. Pour in the balsamic vinegar & sea salt.

6. Toss in the cooked penne, cherry tomatoes & basil, serve.
