Organic Pumpkin with Seafood Soup

Ingredients

Organic Pumpkin 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Homemade Chicken Soup  4 bowls
Whipping Cream  100 g
Sashimi scallops  8 pcs
Butter  2 tbsp
Water Some

Seasoning

Himalayan Pink Sea Salt Some
White Pepper Some

Method

1. Organic Pumpkin and onion remove the skin and cut diced.

2. Hot butter in a pot and fry the onion until fragrant.

3. Add the pumpkin and stir well.

4. Add the homemade chicken soup and water into the pot, cook until the pumpkin is tender.

5. Blend the pumpkin mixture with a blender until smooth.

6. Add the whipping cream, seasoning in pumpkin mixture, mix well.

7. Fried the scallops and put in the soup.  Serve.
