Japanese Fuji Apple & Mustard Salad

Ingredients

 Japan Fuji Apple

2 pcs

Celery

1 pc

 Cashewnut

50g

 Lemon Juice

2tbsp

Mayonnaise

3tbsp

 Mustard

2tsp

 Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

some

Ground Black Pepper

Methods

1. Remove strings from celery, cut into cubes.

2. Mix the celery dices with lemon juice, set aside.

3. Wash and remove the apple cores, cut into cubes. Set aside.

4. Mix mayonnaise with mustard. Seasoning with salt and ground black pepper.

5. Mix apple, celery & walnuts with mayonnaise thoroughly. Then serve.
