Cranberry Flax Seeds Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

Cranberries

¾cup

Flax Seeds Rolled Oats

1 ½cup

Egg

1pc

Butter

100g

Organic Coconut Flower Sugar

75g

Brown Sugar

50g

Flour

125g

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

some

Baking Soda

½tsp

Methods

1. Place butter, coconut flower sugar & brown sugar in a mixing bowl.

2. Cream until soft with a wooden spoon.

3. Beat the egg. Add to the butter mixture thoroughly.

4. Sift flour, sea salt & baking soda in the mixing bowl. Stir well.

5. Add cranberries and rolled oats. Stir well.

6. Spoon 1 tbsp mixture on the baking sheet.

7. Bake at 180°C oven for 10 – 15 minutes until golden brown.
