Roasted Lamb Rack with Herbs

Ingredients

 Lamb Rack 

4 pcs

Onion

¼ pc

Garlic

2 cloves

Thyme

1 bundle

 Lemon Juice

some

 Olive Oil

1 ½tbsp

 Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

¼tsp

Ground Black Pepper

some

Methods

1. Chop onion & garlic, then add into a mortar.

2. Add thyme, olive oil 1 tbsp, sea salt & ground black pepper.

3. Pound all the ingredients.

4. Rub the pounded ingredients over the lamb rack. Leave over night.

5. Heat oil in pan, pan-fry the lamb rack until done.

6. Sprinkle with thyme.

7. Dish. Serve with lemon juice.
