Roasted Spring Chicken

Ingredients

Spring Chicken 1 pc
Olive Oil          2 tbsp

Stuffing

Organic Red Carrot (diced) 1 pc
Celery (Diced)     2 stems
Onion (Diced) 1 pc
Garlic slice 2 clove
Rosemary 10g
Thyme 10g

Seasoning

Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 2 tsp
White Pepper Some

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Clean the spring chicken.  Put the seasoning inside and outside of spring chicken.

3. Fry the stuffing until half cooked and stuff in spring chicken.  Put the spring chicken on top and drizzle with olive oil.  Roast for 30 minutes.  Dish up and serve.
