Ingredients
| Spring Chicken | 1 pc |
| Olive Oil | 2 tbsp |
Stuffing
| Organic Red Carrot (diced) | 1 pc |
| Celery (Diced) | 2 stems |
| Onion (Diced) | 1 pc |
| Garlic slice | 2 clove |
| Rosemary | 10g |
| Thyme | 10g |
Seasoning
| Himalayan Pink Sea Salt | 2 tsp |
| White Pepper | Some |
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Clean the spring chicken. Put the seasoning inside and outside of spring chicken.
3. Fry the stuffing until half cooked and stuff in spring chicken. Put the spring chicken on top and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 30 minutes. Dish up and serve.
