Methods: 1. Soak all ingredients into water for 30 mins, rinse thoroughly for later
2. Pour 8-10 bowls of water into the pot with all ingredients and 2 eggs,
turn the fire to high until it boils;
3. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook about 45 mins;
4. Peel off egg shell, then put it back into the pot and boil it for another
15 mins and ready to serve.
