Methods: 1. Soak all ingredients into water for 30 mins, rinse thoroughly for later
2. Rinse the fish head thoroughly and dry it, peel the ginger and cut it
into slices for later use;
3. Pre-heat the wok, fry the fish head with ginger slice until it gets to
yellow color, then pour rice wine;
4. Pour 6-8 bowls of water and put all ingredients and 3 pcs ginger
slice into the pot, turn fire to high and boil it for 15 mins;
5. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook for 45-60 mins,
add salt and ready to serve.
