JAPANESE FUJI APPLE | 2 pcs |
Lean Pork | 300g |
Sweet & Bitter Almonds | 35g |
Fig | 2 pcs |
Dried Tangerine Peel | 1 pc |
PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT | some |
Water | 6-7cups |
Methods
1. Wash organic dragon’s tongue.
2. Core and remove seeds from apples & pears, thickly shred.
3. Wash & blanch lean pork in boiling water for a while, dish up. Rinse.
4. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.
5. Wash figs, sweet & bitter almonds.
6. Boil suitable amount of water. Put in all ingredients and bring to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Stir in seasoning. Serve hot.
