Organic Dragon’s Tongue Pork Soup with Apples & Pears

Ingredients

ORGANIC DRAGON’S TONGUE 85g
JAPANESE NANSUI PEAR 1 pc
JAPANESE FUJI APPLE 2 pcs
Lean Pork 300g
Sweet & Bitter Almonds 35g
Fig 2 pcs
Dried Tangerine Peel 1 pc
PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT some
Water 6-7cups

Methods

1. Wash organic dragon’s tongue.

2. Core and remove seeds from apples & pears, thickly shred.

3. Wash & blanch lean pork in boiling water for a while, dish up. Rinse. 

4. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

5. Wash figs, sweet & bitter almonds.

6. Boil suitable amount of water. Put in all ingredients and bring to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Stir in seasoning. Serve hot.
