Ingredients
US Colman Chicken Mid-Joint Wings | 12 pcs |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Seasoning
Soy Sauce | 3 tbsp |
Coconut Flower Sugar |
3 tbsp |
Lemon | 1/2 pcs |
Black Pepper | Some |
Method
1. Squeeze lemon juice.
2. Rinse and pat dry the mid-joint. Marinate with lemon juice and seasoning for 3 hours.
3. Grill mid-joint wings each side for 10 minutes.
4. Coating honey on mid-joint wings and bake 5 minutes more.
5. Again, coating honey on mid-joint wings to golden color.
