Baked Salmon Steak with Lemon


Norwegian Salmon Steak 1 pc
Mixed Vegetable (dice) some
Cucumber        some
Golden Kiwi   1 pc
Lemon 6 slices
Extra Virgin Olive oil some
Lemon Juice some


Himalayan Pink Rock Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste


1. Rinse and wipe dry Norwegian salmon steak, mix the seasoning on salmon. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the salmon in medium-heat until golden on both sides.

2. Preheat oven to 180°C.

3. Place the lemon slices on both sides of salmon steak and bake for 6-8 minutes until done.

4. Heat boiling water in pan with olive oil & rock salt. Add in mixed vegetables and cucumber until done and remove.

5. Remove the salmon steak from oven and place sliced golden kiwi on the plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with mixed vegetables.
