Methods: 1. Soak all ingredients into water for 20 mins, rinse thoroughly for
later use;
2. Recommend to put chicken for better result;
3. Pour 6-8 bowls of water and put all ingredients (except chicken) into
the pot, turn fire to high and boil it for 15 mins;
