Methods:   1. Soak all ingredients into water for 30 mins, rinse thoroughly for

                  later use;

               2. Cut white gourd into thick slices (recommend to remove skin);

               3. Pour 2L water and put all ingredients with 3 pcs candied jujubes into

                  the pot, turn fire to high and boil it for 15 mins;

               4. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook for 1.5 hours,

                   add salt and ready to serve.
