Methods: 1. Soak all ingredients into water for 1 hours, rinse thoroughly for later
2. Boil pork shank for 5 mins for later use;
3. Pour 1.5-2L water and put all ingredients with 3 pcs figs into the
pot, turn fire to high and boil it for 15 mins;
4. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook for 1.5 hours,
