Methods: 1. Firstly, soak snow fungus into water for an hour until it soft; Squeeze
out water and cut the stalk for later use;
2. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly for later use;
3. Boil pork shank for 5 mins for later use; Recommend to add carrots,
corns, 3 pcs figs and pork shank to achieve better result;
4. Pour 2L water and put all ingredients into the pot, turn fire to high
and boil it for 15 mins;
5. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook for 1.5 hours,
add salt and ready to serve.
