Methods: 1. Firstly, soak chinese yam into water for an hour;
2. Rinse the rest ingredients thoroughly for later use;
3. Boil pork shank for 5 mins for later use;
4. Pour 1.5-2L water and put all ingredients into the pot, turn fire to
high and boil it for 15 mins;
5. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook for 1.5 hours,
add salt and ready to serve.
