Methods: 1. Firstly, soak monkey head and blaze mushroom into water for an hour, then
squeeze out water for later use;
2. Rinse cashew nut and walnut for later use;
3. Boil pork shank for 5 mins for later use; recommend to add carrots, corns and
3 pcs figs to achieve better result;
4. Pour 2L water and put all ingredients into the pot, turn fire to high and boil it
for 15 mins;
5. Then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook for 1.5 hours, add salt and
ready to serve.
